Project (example)
I usually have three meals a day. In the morning I have breakfast. Usually I have a sandwich and a cup of tea. At school I have lunch. This is often soap, mashed potatoes with meat and a cup of tea. In the evening I have dinner. My mother cooks chicken with vegetables and rice. It’s yummy!!
I think that if you want to be healthy you should eat different foods to get all the important elements for healthy growing. Vegetables help your eyes, skin and teeth. Milk and cheese are good for your teeth and bones. Meat and fish help to build your body. Bread and cereal give you energy.
